3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

The Service offers different account types:

• Agency Owner: Full administrative access to manage agency, users, and settings
• Sales Agent: Access to assigned leads, deals, and standard CRM features
• Administrator: System-wide administrative privileges

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GETSMARTS OLUTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetSmartSolution operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
